About the role
- Processing and handling customer orders.
- Acquisition and support of new and existing customers.
- Close coordination with our system partners to ensure smooth processes.
- Central point of contact for internal departments on order-related queries.
- Quality management, including status checks and archiving.
- Preparation and execution of inside sales tasks and general office duties.
- Use of modern IT systems (TMS, MS Office) for efficient order processing.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d) or a similar commercial qualification.
- Initial professional experience in the described areas, especially in the hazardous goods sector, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of customs clearance is desirable.
- Solid MS Office skills for efficient handling of daily tasks.
- Very good communication skills in German, ideally also in English.
- Effective collaboration with team members as well as competent, service-oriented support of customers, external and internal partners.
- Strong organizational skills and an independent, reliable working style.
