About the role

  • Independently execute the monthly payroll, including reporting and certification duties
  • Support employees throughout the entire employment cycle (from onboarding to offboarding) with a focus on personnel administrative processes such as contract administration, master data maintenance, and notifications
  • Prepare employment references, statistics and reports
  • Communicate with authorities, health insurance providers and the accounting department
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on tax and social security issues
  • Take on month-end and year-end closing tasks and contribute to the further development of HR tools

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualifications in HR, e.g., office management clerk, tax clerk, or payroll specialist
  • Initial knowledge of income tax, social security and labour law
  • Structured and service-oriented working style to manage the administrative HR area efficiently
  • Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with employees and managers
  • Accuracy and reliability, particularly in payroll and when handling sensitive data
  • Team player with enthusiasm for helping shape HR processes
