About the role

  • You will support the design team in creating communication materials (print & digital)
  • You will prepare print files according to technical specifications and check them (Prepress)
  • You will produce final artwork for packaging, layout adaptations and communication materials
  • You will create briefings, presentations and internal print collateral
  • You will manage color workflows and perform quality checks according to CI/CD (corporate identity/design) guidelines
  • You will work with printers and external production partners
  • You will assist with image editing, typography and data handling

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training as a Graphic Designer (Grafiker/in EFZ), Polygraphic Technician (Polygraf/in EFZ) or hold a comparable qualification
  • You have initial professional experience or have completed an internship in an agency environment
  • You are proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office
  • You have a basic understanding of printing processes, color profiles and production workflows
  • You have a keen sense of typography and an eye for detail
  • You work carefully, in a structured manner and reliably
  • You demonstrate team spirit, a willingness to learn and enthusiasm for design and technology
  • You are resilient, deadline-driven and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • You have fluent German and English language skills
