About the role

  • You drive the development of short- and long-term strategic financial objectives
  • You are responsible for preparing the financial statements (balance sheet, income statement and notes)
  • You establish, maintain and monitor appropriate internal control systems, identify problem areas and develop suitable corrective actions
  • You oversee cash flow planning, ensure ongoing liquidity and optimize the cash position
  • You are responsible for the company's tax matters, minimize risks and ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • You actively promote simplification and standardization processes and contribute innovative ideas
  • You work closely as a business partner with various stakeholders

Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics (a Master's degree is advantageous)
  • Ideally you hold a CPA or equivalent qualification
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in finance
  • You have experience in the retail or FMCG sector
  • You have solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and OIC. Experience with SAP FI/CO is a plus
  • You work proactively, independently and perform well with minimal supervision
  • You are fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
