About the role
- Responsibility for customer accounts and account handling in cooperation with Sales Managers
- Preparation and dispatch of quotations and maintenance of an overview of ongoing quotes and general sales processes
- Support for project coordination and acting as an interface to adjacent departments such as Customer Service, Costing and Finance/Controlling
- Creation of new products and customers and continuous maintenance of master data
- Internal coordination of sample orders and processing of tooling and development cost invoices
- Preparation, follow-up and accompaniment of customer visits
- Participation in the annual sales/master planning
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field, or an equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience; experience in the automotive sector is advantageous
- IT skills: confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Language skills: good written and spoken English
- Soft skills: strong communication and teamwork abilities
