About the role
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end T&T solutions during sales engagements
- Represent the T&T organization in client discussions
- Ensure solution quality across KPIs: scope, cost, baseline, and technology
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, especially at the executive level
- Create compelling, value-driven transformation journeys for customers
- Support sales teams with solution presentations, staffing plans, cost models, and risk assessments
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to shape the best-fit solutions
- Identify risks early and proactively communicate with stakeholders
- Promote best practices, efficiencies, and innovations in T&T delivery
- Contribute to staff development and readiness for upcoming deals
- Apply methodologies such as waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and delivering complex Transition & Transformation (T&T) solutions
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and related ServiceNow modules
- Deep technical knowledge in Cloud, Network, Infrastructure, Service Management, and Application Services
- Experience in strategic and financial planning
- Familiarity with consultative and managed service models
- Strong customer and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in proposal writing and cost modeling (top-down/bottom-up)
- Knowledge of project methodologies and transformation program behavior
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills (preferred)
- Experience in pre-sales and customer advisory roles (preferred)
- Ability to act as a Service Ambassador and Trusted Advisor (preferred)
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, “can-do” attitude (preferred)
- Understanding of legal and contractual implications (preferred)
- Willingness to travel nationally (preferred)
