About the role

Participate in a 2-year Graduate Program with immersive learning and mentorship
Develop end-to-end technology solutions for real-world challenges in areas like Front-End, Back-End, Data, Automation, Applications, SAP FICO, and Cloud
Support clients in cloud, automation, application, or data transformation journeys
Help design and implement modern operating models and agile ways of working
Apply innovative thinking to analyze problems and propose impactful solutions
Collaborate across disciplines with high-profile clients and contribute to complex projects
Rotate across industry projects and specialize based on skills and interests

Recent or soon-to-be graduates (graduate or intern applicants)
Basic knowledge of software development, including front-end and back-end web applications
Knowledge and/or experience in development of APIs and microservices
Understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and database management (both relational and non-relational)
Programming experience in languages such as Python or Java (a plus)
Interest or experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of automation concepts, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Analytical mindset and interest in learning about finance through tools like SAP, especially in the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver user-centered solutions
Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred)
