About the role
- Be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems every day.
- Provide interactive solutions via chat, email, MS Teams, and voice.
- Handle escalations with back-office teams.
- Learn client systems during first month and get set up with one client on production.
- Multi-task and provide concierge-level care to customers.
- Work alongside senior co-workers and receive mentorship.
- Opportunity to get trained on platforms and earn certifications (Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.).
Requirements
- 0-1 year experience in customer service or technical support role.
- Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts.
- Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model.
- Windows 10 troubleshooting, excellent communication skills and also customer service skills.
- Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems (preferred).
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise (preferred).
- Support help desk experience (preferred).
- Customer support experience (preferred).
- Experience modifying approaches and adapting to customer needs (preferred).
