About the role

  • You will develop and implement a sales strategy for four main crops: sugar beet, corn, rapeseed, and cereals
  • You will lead a sales team of over 30 people, including 5 Regional Managers
  • You will build long lasting relationships with key distributors and industry partners
  • You will be a partner to the Management Board – you will bring your market expertise and help manage the organization
  • You will combine cross-functional activities with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and Finance
  • You will manage the budget and bear full responsibility for sales results (approx. PLN 250 million)

Requirements

  • A leader who combines strategic vision with an excellent understanding of the Polish agricultural market and distribution channels, with proven experience in sales management in the agricultural or B2B sector
  • An experienced manager and leader who can effectively manage and develop teams, motivating them during times of change and dynamic challenges
  • An analyst who makes bold decisions based on data and experience
  • A partner who can build relationships within the company and with external customers
  • A person who acts with responsibility, transparency, and courage
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required
