Social Media Manager

• The role offers a wide range of tasks and room to implement your own ideas.
• You will take primary responsibility for the organization’s social media channels.
• This includes, in particular: developing a social media strategy that aligns with NaWik’s overall communications strategy
• Planning and managing the editorial calendar, including topic development and target audience communication
• Independently creating and publishing content (text, images, videos, Reels, Stories)
• Active community management: interacting with followers, moderating comments, and crisis communication
• Designing and executing social media campaigns, including paid advertising
• Managing, monitoring and further developing all relevant channels (currently Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Mastodon, Bluesky)
• Monitoring trends and platform features and integrating them into the communications strategy
• Supporting the department’s general online communication and marketing activities
