About the role
- Provide individualized care based on the needs of the patients
- Perform basic and treatment nursing for tracheotomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitor ventilation and vital parameters, manage emergencies and observe patients
- Support patients with activities of daily living
- Maintain open, respectful communication with patients, relatives and colleagues to promote a positive working environment
Requirements
- Completed three-year vocational training as a Registered Nurse / Health and Nurse (m/f/d), Nursing Specialist, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
- Genuine interest in providing empathetic and committed care to our patients at all stages of life
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in a professional team and independently
- Desirable: basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care (course can be completed at any time)
