• Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to attract corporate partners, major donors, and individual donors
• Build and establish our brand in the donor market — authentic, trustworthy, and innovative — together with our experienced Communications Lead
• Identify new acquisition channels and partnerships in both B2B and B2C
• Independently develop proofs of concept and MVPs to validate new fundraising approaches
• Rapidly test, learn, iterate, and scale successful formats
• Directly build relationships with potential corporate partners and major donors
• Design and execute campaigns, events, and other formats to generate donations
• Track and analyze KPIs to continuously optimize fundraising activities
• Work closely with the team to integrate the fundraising strategy into our overall communications
