About the role

  • Identifying opportunities for AI applications: Together with you, we analyze our workflows in structural design, structural verification, and office operations to determine where the use of AI (e.g., Langdock) makes sense.
  • Developing and implementing AI solutions: You design and develop initial, simple AI-based tools and applications to support and automate everyday office tasks.
  • Close collaboration with specialist departments: You work closely with our engineering team and administration to understand needs and develop practical solutions.
  • Training and documentation: You create clear instructions and support the introduction and use of new AI tools.
  • General office tasks: You assist with administrative and organizational activities.

Requirements

  • You are a student of (business) computer science, data science, or a comparable degree program.
  • You have an interest in artificial intelligence and its practical application in a business environment.
  • Initial experience with AI tools in an office environment (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT), automation, or programming (e.g., Python) is desirable.
  • You work independently, are solution-focused, and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
  • Good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills are required.
