About the role
- Support the IT hardware support team at the Parsdorf site with roll-outs and deployments
- Participate in and support projects across various IT operations areas such as network, infrastructure and cloud services
- Create and maintain documentation and guides in the area of IT service management
- Maintain data in IT asset management
- Provide assistance to the management team with operational tasks in day-to-day business
- Develop and further improve administrative scripts and automations
- On-site presence at the Parsdorf office is desired
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and strong digital affinity
- Ideally some initial experience with IT projects
- Good communication skills in an international environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
