About the role
- Planning and coordinating patient care within an interdisciplinary team
- Symptom management in close collaboration with our physicians
- Regular home visits and crisis intervention
- Counseling and instruction for patients and their relatives
- Cooperation with our partners and network organizations
- Participation in on-call duty (5×/month, including 1 weekend per month)
Requirements
- Completed training as a registered nurse / qualified nurse (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann)
- Further training in palliative care advantageous or willingness to complete such training
- Empathetic and respectful interaction with patients and their relatives
- Team and communication skills, organizational ability and capacity to work independently
- Driving licence class B
