Product Designer

• Conduct and analyse qualitative and quantitative user research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate insights into actionable design requirements, personas, and user journey maps that guide product decisions. Advocate for user-centered thinking across squads to ensure solutions meet real user needs.
• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible interfaces that align with the Kooth brand identity and usability best practice. Develop wireframes mockups, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction flows. Ensure designs create a seamless and engaging user experience across platforms.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with squad goals and technical feasibility. Present and explain design decisions clearly, facilitate workshops, and foster a collaborative, user-focused product development process.
• Build and iterate interactive prototypes to validate design concepts. Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and analyse results to inform design refinements. Continuously iterate on solutions to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
