About the role

  • You manage our projects from inquiry to completion and ensure everything runs smoothly
  • You create project plans, timelines, task lists, reports and final project evaluations for your projects in a structured and reliable manner
  • As the central interface between client, sales and the creative team, you keep all stakeholders aligned
  • You participate regularly in internal coordination meetings with sales, project management and marketing
  • You maintain customer contact, manage existing clients and identify project-related opportunities for additional services
  • You contribute your ideas to marketing activities, campaigns and communication projects — always within the scope of your projects
  • You organize and track projects efficiently with tools like AWORK and Miro and keep an overview of all to-dos
  • You support the presentation of our services, identify cross- and upselling opportunities and assist in acquiring new clients

Requirements

  • Affinity for brands, marketing and digital tools
  • Degree or vocational training with a focus on marketing, process management, communications, business administration or a related field
  • Initial experience in project management, e.g. through internships, working student positions or agency experience
  • Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
