About the role
- Meet or exceed your bookings target by driving both new client acquisition and strategic expansion within existing accounts
- Build trust with senior stakeholders and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Position Konovo as a thought partner by understanding client challenges
- Engage target accounts through strategic networking and outbound campaigns
- Own the process from qualifying leads to closing deals
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of success in complex B2B sales
- Experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors
- Skilled at prospecting into new accounts
- Adept at building trust with senior decision-makers
- Proficient with modern sales tools
- Comfortable with domestic travel (up to 25–40%) to meet clients
