About the role
- Provides installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training
- Audits points within the documented processes to validate method and process alignment and provide feedback
- Evaluates installations and provides recommendations and guidance to improve overall installation efficiency
- Supports tendering/order development, installation planning & execution
Requirements
- 5+ years overall progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators
- Strong background at the field installation level
- Progressive and demonstrated installation management, project management, and training skills
