About the role

  • Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships
  • Manage opportunities with new customers and sell profitable service contracts
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Accountable for developing KONE position in your customer base or market area
  • Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team
  • Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data
  • Timely and accurate reporting

Requirements

  • Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management
  • Mastering customer contacts, presentations, and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities, basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms
  • Good IT skills, CRM Salesforce (is desirable)
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
