About the role
- Proactively identify and develop new customer relationships
- Manage opportunities with new customers and sell profitable service contracts
- Customer Relationship Management
- Accountable for developing KONE position in your customer base or market area
- Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team
- Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data
- Timely and accurate reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management
- Mastering customer contacts, presentations, and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities, basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms
- Good IT skills, CRM Salesforce (is desirable)
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
