About the role
- You provide case-by-case support to our partners — whether by phone or email
- Process cases according to partner-specific requirements
- Train new partners in the network operators' portals
- Coordinate with internal departments for upstream and downstream processes
- Assist with order entry and quote preparation
- Maintain and manage partner portals
- Clarify and resolve outstanding cases — always with a focus on quality and service
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business qualification
- Communicative and solution-oriented
- Confident using digital tools — especially portals
- Ideally, experience in the telecommunications industry
