About the role
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in your assigned territory
- Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert prospects—loan officers, branch managers, and real estate agents—into Knock partners
- Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts; nurture relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume
- Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through effective outreach, education, and partner enablement
- Host regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and agent partners to communicate product updates, review performance, and drive adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and support) to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers
- Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel engagement and drive repeat applications
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications
- Champion collaboration and contribute to a high-performing, positive team culture
Requirements
- Current or former Wholesale Account Executive ✔️
- Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets 📈
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships and improving partner experiences
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders 🗣️
