About the role
- Ensure optimal operational workflows and continuously develop and improve processes
- Technical and organizational leadership of the site/operations
- Manage and monitor internal processes and workflows
- Develop and expand new sales channels and distribution structures
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, quality standards and occupational safety
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to subordinate staff
Requirements
- Completed vocational training; experience in the waste management/disposal industry desirable
- Confident and strong negotiation skills
