Operations

• Review, test, and activate new offers from advertising networks and incoming Sales opportunities.
• Ensure correct setup, tagging, placement, and visibility of offers across the platform.
• Maintain offer quality: update details, manage de-listing, check targeting and rewards, and monitor tracking accuracy.
• Work with partners and clients to get offers live, resolve issues, and clarify requirements.
• Identify top-performing partners and engage with them to improve offer terms, funnels, and creative assets.
• Analyse user flows, drop-off points, and conversion data to recommend improvements.
• Work with Product & Design on placement experiments, A/B tests, and UX optimisations.
• Coordinate with Marketing on in-app promotions, seasonal boosts, and featured placements.
• Report weekly on performance, issues, trends, and optimisation opportunities.
