About the role

  • You are responsible for the operational management of the station
  • You provide professional and disciplinary leadership to all employees reporting to you
  • You are responsible for developing required safety programs and ensuring their correct implementation and compliance
  • You plan, monitor and meet qualitative and economic productivity targets and implement corrective measures where necessary
  • You organize and oversee internal reporting processes
  • You are the central point of contact for customers (airlines), suppliers, subcontractors, station management and accounting

Requirements

  • Several years of proven managerial experience with personnel responsibility in building cleaning and aircraft cleaning is required
  • Knowledge of operational and economic parameters is essential
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are necessary for effective communication with all airport stakeholders
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office) are essential for, among other things, reporting and communication
  • Class B driver's license required for movement around the airport
