About the role
- Drive quality standards at our suppliers and work within the Management of Change process
- Maintain and utilize supplier ratings and scorecards to develop risk-based audit schedules
- Support Procurement with Supplier Contract Management
- Work with the Divisional and Site level Quality Teams to develop and implement best practice quality systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience in supplier quality management and/or quality systems management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, packaging or regulated manufacturing sectors
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills, with the ability to manage and interpret data from multiple sources
- Experience with supplier audits, risk-based quality management, and performance reporting tools
