About the role
- The digital learning Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective learning experiences and training programs.
- This role combines instructional design theory with practical application to support employee development, organizational learning, and performance improvement.
- The specialist collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to create engaging, learner-centered content across various delivery formats (e.g., eLearning, instructor-led, blended).
- Facilitate training sessions, whether in-person or virtual, to teach new processes, systems, or skills.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on employee feedback and performance.
- Develop quarterly newsletters for global applications.
- Create comprehensive learning programs that utilize blended learning; combining different learning methods, such as online and in-person training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field, with more than 3 years in learning development roles.
- Microsoft SharePoint (site design, content management)
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project)
- Learning Management Systems (LMS) and survey tools
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Vast communications development experience with newsletters, emails, and PowerPoint media.
