About the role

  • Research and identify potential clients in our target market (real estate operators, brokers, investors).
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Craft compelling messaging to capture attention and generate interest in Keyway’s solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives.
  • Track and report on performance metrics (open rates, conversion, etc.) and iterate to improve results.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (startup or SaaS experience a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English. (C1/C2)
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Bonus: interest or experience in commercial real estate or proptech.
