About the role
- Responsible for all of the full scale branding and marketing in support of the Infrastructure division
- Assisting with reports, proposals, templates and other secretarial assistance
- Assisting with drawings, illustrations and diagrams for reports and proposals
- Responsible for all the graphics created for the divisional proposals and presentations
- Creating covers, tabs and content refinement for proposals
- Responsibility for proof reading to ensure that there are no grammatical errors
- Providing administrative support to the division
- Producing PowerPoint presentations in support of the divisions requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ relevant work experience
- Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities
- Civils and / or engineering consultancy background viewed favourably
- Program knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- Program knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Program knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Program knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
