About the role
- Responsible for driving product development, transformation initiatives, and process improvement across the organization’s warehousing operations
- Oversee program and project management for strategic initiatives, including new client implementations, facility launches/relocations/expansions, and site and process break/fix activities using standardized PMO procedures
- Leads warehousing operations excellence to deliver measurable service, quality, and cost outcomes
- Provide day-to-day matrix leadership to the Warehousing-aligned Systems Analyst, prioritizing backlogs, driving configuration, training, and analytics
- Serve as the business product owner for Warehousing platforms (WMS/YMS), accountable for outcomes, adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Drive operational excellence by delivering projects on time and within budget using shared PMO methods and tools
- Promote and implement a proactive safety and food safety culture across all sites
- Develop and execute process improvement and transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain and co-manage relationships with software and SaaS vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)

- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations with significant leadership responsibility
- Proven track record in product development, process improvement, and strategic transformation
- Experience managing large-scale projects, new client implementation, and facility expansions
- 5 years of customer-facing experience
- 5 years tier-1 WMS business background and 3PL Warehouse Management Experience
- Experience with 3PL safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Travel required, approximately 30% of the time, for client meetings, site visits, or training as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays as required
