About the role
- Develop, manage, and optimize software applications using Power Apps and PowerBI
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure data integrity and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by performing root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Power Apps to streamline processes and improve productivity
- Create, maintain, and update SharePoint lists to support business processes and data management
- Maintain and manage tables within Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Conduct data transfers using queries to ensure accurate and efficient data migration and integration
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes
- Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, utilizing Power Query to manage and analyze data effectively
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on databases, processes, and procedures using OneNote
Requirements
- Proficiency in PowerApps is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, SharePoint, Dataverse, PowerBI, Power Automate, and Excel is beneficial
- Strong understanding of data management, database design, and data integrity principles
- Possess skills necessary to collaborate with team: organized, team player, skilled communicator
- Ability to problem solve and apply attention to detail
- Possess a valid State Motor Vehicle Operator License
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain local base access
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable Common Access Card (CAC) issuance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with Power Query and other data analysis tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with business process automation and workflow design (preferred)
