About the role

  • Independently creates Service Order Request and Work Order Request by accurately entering data in Maximo®
  • Evaluates, selects, and assigns a standard priority level to work orders
  • Assists customers with properly filling out Service Order Request
  • Utilizes work instructions, techniques, procedures, and approved criteria to promptly create and complete service order and work order requests in the system of record (Integrated Engineering Management System or IEMS)
  • Sometimes pushes out work instructions using the Signal app
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree
  • Saudi National Citizenship Required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver's License
  • Must be able to pass a background check and hold an active DoD secret clearance or be able to obtain this clearance prior to deployment and must maintain such clearance for the duration of employment in this role
  • Project management, pro-active, well organized, results-oriented, and team player with decision-making ability
  • Able and willing to work long hours to meet mission requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in contingency environments as well as knowledge & experience working with government contracts
