• Develop and execute a divisional HSSE strategy aligned with KBR’s global standards and Defence client expectations
• Oversee compliance across projects, lead investigations, and continuously evolve systems and training programs
• Mentor and develop HSSE professionals across sites, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Be the trusted HSSE liaison for clients, regulators, and industry partners, representing KBR in key forums
• Lead risk assessments, maintain compliance with WHS legislation and ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
