• Manage full-cycle global recruitment from kickoff and innovative sourcing through offer, with a heavy emphasis on hiring for Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering roles.
• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, and best practices
• Design structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards; drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure equitable, consistent evaluation across panels.
• Build and nurture proactive pipelines and talent communities for near-term and future needs.
