About the role
- Participate in projects to further develop the clinics' IT landscape
- Support users with IT questions and technical issues
- Collaborate with hardware and software vendors as well as external service providers
- Install and maintain software and hardware
- Troubleshoot IT faults (both software and hardware)
- Provide solution-oriented advice to all departments
- Ensure the security of the IT systems
- Constructive collaboration with the association's IT
- User administration
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Experience in IT support, particularly 1st and 2nd level support
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (LAN, WLAN, VPN)
- Ability to quickly analyze faults and resolve problems
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High reliability and initiative
- Willingness to pursue continuous professional development
