• Care and support of our residents in accordance with individual care plans and with consideration for their wishes and needs
• Collaboration with general practitioners, therapists and relatives to ensure the best possible care and to build a trusting relationship
• Implementation of our company concept(s) for working with people with dementia to ensure respectful and needs-oriented care
• Collegial consultation and support of our staff in specialized care to jointly achieve the highest quality of care
• Delivery of internal training on relevant topics to continuously expand the team's expertise
• Active participation in quality circles and working groups to continuously improve care processes
• Conducting biographical work in close cooperation with the primary caregiver to respectfully integrate the individual life stories of our residents
• Contributing to the design of the facility's environment and atmosphere to create a homely and appealing setting that meets the needs of our residents.
