About the role
- Competent basic nursing and treatment care
- Individual care and support for our residents
- Collaboration with primary care physicians, therapists and family members
- Implementation of the company’s concept(s) for working with people with dementia
- Collegial consultation and support for staff in specialized care
- Conducting internal training on the subject area
- Participation in quality circles and working groups
- Conducting biographical work in cooperation with the assigned caregiver
- Contributing to the design of the facility’s environment/milieu (concept)
Requirements
- Recognized qualification as a registered nurse with completed further training as a gerontopsychiatric nursing and care specialist according to AVPfleWoqG, ideally with relevant professional experience
- Willingness to work shifts
- Commitment and strong organizational skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
