About the role
- Competent basic and treatment nursing care
- Individualized care and support for our residents
- Collaboration with general practitioners, therapists and relatives
- Implementation of the company's concept(s) for caring for people with dementia
- Collegial consultation and support for staff in specialized care
- Conducting internal training on the subject area
- Participation in quality circles and working groups
- Conducting biographical work in cooperation with the primary nurse
- Contributing to the design of the facility's care environment (conceptual development)
Requirements
- State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse with completed further training as a gerontopsychiatric care and support specialist according to AVPfleWoqG, ideally with relevant professional experience
- Willingness to work shifts
- Commitment and organizational skills
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
