About the role
- Competent basic and treatment nursing
- Individualized care and support for our residents
- Collaboration with general practitioners, therapists and relatives
- Implementation of company concepts for working with people living with dementia
- Collegial consultation and support of staff in specialized care
- Conducting internal training sessions on topics in this field
- Participation in quality circles and working groups
- Conducting life-story work in cooperation with the primary nurse
- Contributing to the design of the care environment within the facility (concept development)
Requirements
- Recognized qualification as a state-certified nurse with completed further training as a gerontopsychiatric care and support specialist in accordance with AVPfleWoqG, ideally with relevant professional experience
- Willingness to work shifts
- Commitment and organizational skills
