About the role

  • Monthly and annual closing activities: You perform, further develop and analyze the financial statements for the parent company of the KS Group as well as for the subsidiaries in Tallinn and Switzerland.
  • Optimize reporting: You drive the development of internal reporting and ensure transparent, meaningful reports.
  • Forecast and budget planning: You prepare forecasts and budgets and support their implementation.
  • Financial project work: You actively participate in projects or take the lead on your own projects within the KS Group’s finance function.
  • Develop cost accounting: You shape cost accounting to steer the companies and contribute to the global Cost Accounting Guideline.
  • Point of contact for CO questions: You act as a competent contact person for controlling (CO)-specific questions within the KS Group.
  • Improve controlling processes: Continuous improvement of existing controlling processes is part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, controlling or finance, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years’ professional experience in controlling within a manufacturing company
  • Confident user of SAP
  • Reliable and solution-oriented
  • Strong affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of business/financial relationships
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
