About the role
- Monthly and annual closing activities: You perform, further develop and analyze the financial statements for the parent company of the KS Group as well as for the subsidiaries in Tallinn and Switzerland.
- Optimize reporting: You drive the development of internal reporting and ensure transparent, meaningful reports.
- Forecast and budget planning: You prepare forecasts and budgets and support their implementation.
- Financial project work: You actively participate in projects or take the lead on your own projects within the KS Group’s finance function.
- Develop cost accounting: You shape cost accounting to steer the companies and contribute to the global Cost Accounting Guideline.
- Point of contact for CO questions: You act as a competent contact person for controlling (CO)-specific questions within the KS Group.
- Improve controlling processes: Continuous improvement of existing controlling processes is part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, controlling or finance, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years’ professional experience in controlling within a manufacturing company
- Confident user of SAP
- Reliable and solution-oriented
- Strong affinity for numbers and a solid understanding of business/financial relationships
- Very good written and spoken German and English
