About the role
- Review and update the Supplier Manual based on relevant internal stakeholders’ input
- Coordinate the RSL, MRSL and PRL updates – included in the Supplier Manual – liaising with Modint
- Support the PD Team with seasonal RSL Tests, serving as a key link between Karl, the suppliers, and Modint to ensure Karl’s products meet safety and legal compliance requirements
- Responsible for Product compliance including care label compliance, GPSR, packaging, materials etc
- Gather CSR Seasonal documentation and support with data analysis, ensuring consistency among data sources and reliability of the outcome
- Collecting, analyzing, curating, and monitoring sustainability and product data related to sustainable materials, product supply chain and certifications
- Collaborating with external consultants, cross-departmental coordination, and ongoing dialogue with suppliers on materials information and their subcontractors.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant work experience in Sustainability in Fashion Industry
- Studies in Fashion management or relevant field
- Knowledge and understanding of social compliance and material certifications
- In-depth understanding of product development processes and materials
- High energy and hands-on attitude with a clear bias for action, solution orientation and getting things done
- Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
