About the role
- You act as the primary contact and trainer for medical professionals
- You support patients and clinic teams during the product onboarding phase
- You provide clinical expertise to support the account management team during the sales process
- You professionally present Kaleido at trade shows and training events
- You systematically collect market feedback and contribute improvement suggestions to our product development
- You work closely with Sales, Support and Marketing
Requirements
- Experience in a medical-technical environment, ideally with diabetes care
- Strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- High willingness to travel and flexibility to provide optimal on-site customer support
- Structured and independent working style
- Team spirit, initiative and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
- Good English skills for collaboration with international colleagues
- Driving license (class B)
