About the role
- Lead across one or more multi-disciplinary agile delivery teams
- Own the end-to-end backlog for a product
- Lead business analysts and product consultants on the project
- Work with delivery managers and solution architects to shape work approach
- Support engagement with product or programme-level business stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in bespoke software delivery, operating as a part of an agile team
- UK Public sector experience (central government)
- Experience in shaping the approach taken in a range of phases of the software development lifecycle
- Experience devising goal-oriented roadmaps
- Experience leading product teams
- Strong commercial awareness and active participation in revenue or sales-generating activity
