About the role
- Electromechanical assembly of prototypes;
- Product testing in various development phases, including electrical and mechanical measurements, based on international standards and internal procedures;
- Preparation of reports and technical documentation;
- Identification and resolution of defects, identification of improvements and optimizations;
- Verification and monitoring of the various development phases by visiting and assisting external suppliers or other Kärcher Group companies;
- Participation in project meetings and management of requests from various internal and external stakeholders;
- Management and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in a technical/engineering field (electrical, electronic, mechatronic, biomedical);
- Previous experience in testing and prototyping, gained within international companies;
- Knowledge of main laboratory instrumentation (caliper, micrometer, multimeter, etc.);
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of Google Suite;
- Critical, scientific, and analytical approach, attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills;
- High level of autonomy, proactivity, and initiative;
- Knowledge of machine tools (preferred);
- Knowledge of 3D CAD (preferred).
