About the role
- Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing (e.g., travel and appointment scheduling, reports, correspondence, expenses, etc.)
- Coordinate and take minutes for sales-related meetings, including follow-up on action items and tasks
- Responsible for organizing and hosting visitors (customers and business partners)
- Support Area Sales Managers with travel planning and various administrative tasks
- Record and maintain project and customer data in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Responsible for contract administration (agents, customers, etc.)
- Assist in planning and executing sales events, training sessions, trade shows, and other events
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Further training as an executive assistant or similar is an advantage
- Professional experience in an assistant role
- Confident written and verbal communication in German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Proficient MS Office skills
- User experience with SAP, Camos (CPQ), and Salesforce (CRM) is an advantage
