• Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements, including both standard and custom applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, HR, PMO, Finance, Engineering) to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Configure forms, fields, views, dashboards, and reports to support operational and strategic needs.
• Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and user-friendly interfaces optimized for scalability and usability.
• Manage data imports, integration setups (e.g., HRIS, Jira, Oracle), and automation workflows using Flow Designer or Script Includes.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, maintaining upgrade-safe and compliant solutions.
• Conduct unit and integration testing, support UAT, and assist with production deployments.
• Provide post-implementation support, including bug fixes, enhancements, and user training.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
