Systems Engineer

• Act as a subject-matter expert for data flows and system processes across the ERP ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and system solutions
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including SOPs and detailed process flows
• Lead and/or participate in major upgrades, enhancements, and implementations of the ERP system and related financial systems, ensuring minimal disruption
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to end-users across all supported departments
• Design, develop, and maintain system integrations with other enterprise applications, such as Salesforce, RAMP, and other relevant platforms includes working with API and integration technologies, including EDI, SOAP, and REST API
• Ensure data integrity and apply required security to safeguard data assets and comply with internal policies, including SOX and ITGC
• Maintain strict adherence to best practices in data analysis, validation, and process flows
• Assist in creating systems diagrams based on data flows and provide input on potential changes to systems infrastructure
• Utilize SQL and reporting tools for large data volume analytics, data set reconciliations, and performance optimization
