Serve as a regional subject matter expert for EMEA and guide for customers navigating complex international compliance requirements while using Justworks EOR product, helping mitigate risks associated with global employment and ensure alignment with local regulations.
Support complex, high-impact customer needs, including EMEA country-specific compliance questions, terminations, benefits nuances, and intricate leave scenarios.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive, region-specific guidance to help customers mitigate risk and maximize value.
Identify opportunities to optimize and expand Justworks’ international offerings within your EMEA region.
Work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Ops, Product and Expansion to stay informed on EMEA industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices and proactively share this knowledge with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of their investment in our products, while remaining in compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting best practices, sharing knowledge, and influencing product and process enhancements.
Requirements
5+ years experience in customer-facing international HR role, ideally with experience in the EOR space, with deep expertise in the EMEA region.
Proven ability to manage complex global customer HR scenarios.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
Comfortable collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders to drive customer outcomes.
Knowledge of HR technology and international employment compliance.
