Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and workflows that make insights accessible to both technical and non-technical teams.
Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, finance, and leadership to frame problems, define metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
Introduce and enforce best practices in experimentation, data modeling, and visualization to improve how the company uses data.
Drive advanced analyses (A/B testing, cohort analysis, segmentation) to inform acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on advanced methods, including machine learning, to accelerate user and business growth.
Champion a data culture by ensuring fast, accurate, and consistent access to the right information at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar), with proven ability to work with large, complex datasets.
Strong expertise in data visualization (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent) and building tools that empower others to self-serve insights.
Hands-on experience designing and managing data marts or data layers that support decentralized analytics.
Track record of turning ambiguous business questions into structured, data-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and scale analytics practices.
Experience with mobile analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Adjust, Firebase) and a deep understanding of acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
Passion for mobile apps and gaming, with curiosity for player behavior and industry trends.
Nice to Have Knowledge of advanced statistical modeling and experimentation design.
Familiarity with attribution methodologies across multiple platforms.
Experience working within the B2C app industry or the mobile gaming industry.
