About the role
- Develop, implement and keep the global Business Continuity Management System running in line with ISO 22301 / BSI 200-4
- Working together with local process owners / BCM-representatives in business:
- Support the BCM Process / Implementation (e.g. supporting the Business Impact Analysis)
- Organize training and events
- Review documents, check continuity plans, review crisis handling
- Support local exercises and audits
- Develop and enhance global standards for BCM and resilience at Jungheinrich
- Support the headquarters and locations in case of crisis events, if possible
- Participating in CSH team structure / events, if possible
- Working in a team with the BCM Manager in the headquarters
- Support interfaces to ITSCM (FIS) and other resilience related units
Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in (Crisis related, Computer Science or Economics / Business administration
- Having experience in one of these (Descending priority):
- Crisis management / Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- IT Continuity Management (ITSCM)
- Information Security Management System (ISMS
- (IT-) Project Management
- Incident Management
- Good to have: Certified BCM, ISO22301, Crisis Management, Crisis related degree or courses
- Good to have knowledge of German
